This is the online form to apply for graduation for current matriculated students in the Graduate School division. Be sure to read through the Graduation Information page before proceeding to the form.  

(NOTE:  This is not an application for admission into a graduate program.  If you wish to apply for graduate study, please go to http://www.grad.sunysb.edu/ and go to Admissions - Application Information.)

All fields are required fields except Middle Name and Dissertation Title (required for PHD and DA students).

If you are applying for two degrees for the same date, you must apply for them separately.

If your name or dissertation title contains diacritical marks or special symbols (such as Greek or Mathematical symbols or super/sub scripts), please send an email with an attachment to graduate_school_graduation@notes.cc.sunysb.edu

Once a student's degree application is processed in the system, an e-mail notification will be sent out. This will contain information on graduation and related procedures. You should expect to receive this e-mail notification about 1-2 weeks after you apply.
